We bill on the 1st of every month for all recurring services. A card must be on file to keep services active. If you start mid-month, we’ll prorate your first invoice.

For one-time cleanups, we bill $45 before your visit as a flat fee to cover the first 45 minutes of the cleanup. This must be paid before arrival. If the cleanup takes 45 minutes or less, you will not be charged anything extra after the visit. If it takes longer than 45 minutes, we will send an invoice after the visit for the additional time.

For safety, we require aggressive pets be brought inside during service. If your dog is non-aggressive, they can be in the yard. We love meeting new friends!

Yes! Our routes run throughout the day and early evening. If we’re running behind, we’ll still show up unless you hear otherwise.

Nope! As long as your gate is unlocked, we’ll service your yard and send a gate-closure photo after the visit.
